General Instructions

  • Make the payment of the patronage scheme. (visit ELSL Payments to transfer money)
  • Take a clear photo/screenshot of the transaction confirmation slip 
  • Ready a recently taken photo of the applicant 
  • Ready photos of your national ID card (both sides), or the driver’s license 
  • If you do not have a national ID, attach a recently taken certified photo of you ( Photo must be certified by the Grama Niladhari of your area OR a Justice of the Peace OR The principal of your School)
  • Click the apply button, which will direct you to the application form.
  • Fill the application and attach the aforementioned images to the relevant fields.
  • The Librarian Will go through tour application, create your profile and send you the username and password. (within 24 hours)
